In early June 10 of our Cubs joined over 1200 other Cubs at Gilwell Park, the home of Scouting, for CubJam 2016. CubJam is a week long Jamboree for Cubs from all around the country held every 4 years. As well as making new friends the Cubs got to do a whole host of activities, like rock climbing, archery, rifle shooting, zorbing, aeroball and many more. They also went to Whipsnade Zoo and got to meet Steve Backshall! Despite it being wet and wind all week our Cubs had a fantastic time and one said it was the 'best time ever'!
